New temporary, part-time, and full-time positions come into Perfect Timing on a regular basis. We post positions as they come in and work to fill them as soon as possible. Check out our up to the minute job list to see the positions available today.

Computer skills are highly valued at Perfect Timing. Software such as Word®, Excel®, Outlook®, or PowerPoint®, are in demand by our clients. Perfect Timing staff also looks for employees with great organizational skills and a can-do attitude.

Your first step will be to submit your resume: You can do so here. You will be contacted by a Perfect Timing Representative once your resume is reviewed and it is determined we are a good resource for your job search.

Depending on the type of position that meets your interests, you will be talking with one of our Direct Hire or Temporary Recruiters.

First, bring your resume with references (name, telephone, and/or email address) for the last three places you have worked. To make it easy for you, a Perfect Timing application can be printed, and you can fill it out before you come in for your appointment. Please be prepared to provide documentation for employment eligibility.

Wear clothes appropriate for working in an office environment. For women, a dress or slacks and skirts with a blouse are appropriate. For men, slacks and a shirt are appropriate. Jeans and t-shirts are not recommended.

Yes, but we will try to make it as pleasant as possible by only testing you in areas where you feel prepared and comfortable. If you want to brush up on your skills, check out the Career Resources area of this web site. It has a wealth of information that will help you enhance your skills.

We suggest that you schedule at least an hour for the appointment. If you are on your lunch hour, just let us know and we’ll make sure that you leave on time.

Depending on your skills, flexibility, and availability, you could be working in a temporary position as soon as the next day.

No, Perfect Timing does not charge our applicants any fees for finding or placing them in jobs.
