Responsibilities

In this role you will pay bills, do accurate data entry, match invoices, open mail, order supplies, run errands, file/scan/fax, and a variety of clerical and light accounting duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have basic QuickBooks experience

• Proficient using Word and Excel.

• Maintain confidentiality.

• Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.

• High attention to details.
