Must be able to work 8-12 or 9-1 daily.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Work in a  variety of software packages including ACT database, Excel, Word and Mail Chimp entering daily notes and a variety of information
  • Answer phones and provide general administrative support
  • Send out press releases

Requirements

You have:

  • 3 years’ administrative support experience in a fast paced client driven environment
  • Proficiency on MS Office; ACT and/or Mail Chimp experience a plus
  • Professionalism, strong work ethic, flexible work style with genuine desire to pitch in and work as a team player
