Job Overview

This is a part time, temp to hire opportunity. The hours are from flexible, late morning to afternoon 20-25 hours per week Monday through Friday with some occasional overtime needed.

Hire contingent upon passing background and credit check. Spacious and open office space in Sausalito, North end of town with plenty of free parking.

Responsibilities

In this role you will pay bills, accurately enter data, match invoices, open mail, order supplies, run errands, file/scan/fax, and a variety of clerical and light accounting duties.

Requirements

• Must have some/light QuickBooks experience but don’t have to be an expert.

• Proficient using Word and Excel

• Maintains confidentiality.
