Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Open, sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail
- Post and mail all outgoing mail
- Manage the inventory of shipping supplies
- Responsible for daily pick up and filing of documents
- Back up to the receptionist desk
- Weekly upkeep of file room
- High School diploma or GED required with 1 year Mailroom experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer, Outlook, Typing, and light Excel
- Professional with great customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
