Job Overview

Great opportunity for proactive, bright, resourceful, go-getter with excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills to join long established financial services firm. Looking to grow? Lots of room to build your career.  This is a 3 month, temp-to-hire position.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


  • Open, sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail
  • Post and mail all outgoing mail
  • Manage the inventory of shipping supplies
  • Responsible for daily pick up and filing of documents
  • Back up to the receptionist desk
  • Weekly upkeep of file room


  • High School diploma or GED required with 1 year Mailroom experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Computer, Outlook, Typing, and light Excel
  • Professional with great customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
