Job Overview

  • Manage a variety of administrative tasks in support of President and team
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on project deadlines
  • Manage escrow deadlines and due diligence documents
  • File and organize electronic documentation
  • Generate and update marketing materials – strong experience in PowerPoint is a plus!


  • Be extremely detail oriented and highly organized
  • Have excellent computer skills and be tech savvy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be pro-active and resourceful
  • Have excellent writing and verbal skills
