Job Overview

Immediate need for four Sales Development Reps to join innovative and growing Novato firm.

Well spoken, tech savvy and professional, you love getting on the phone, making outbound calls and are driven by activity metrics.

You have some sales or phone sales experience in your background, Salesforce experience would be a huge plus!

Playing a key role in the company’s marketing and sales efforts, you will help develop qualified leads that bring in more qualified sales calls and sales for the company.

You love growing a business and seeing the fruits of your labor!



You will:

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as phone calls, emails, and sales scheduling
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics for calls, emails, qualified opportunities, sales calls booked, and more
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and appropriately advance them to the next step in the company’s sales cycle
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and fill up the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities
  • Accurately and thoroughly update records in CRM software


You have:

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • Strong verbal selling skills over the phone and email
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, high energy, passionate about growing a business
  • Any sales experience (specifically at a SaaS company) is preferred, but not required
