Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone lines to satisfy client requests
  • Update and maintain accurate records
  • Run reports, calculate and audit fees, commissions
  • Process mail and file paperwork
  • Organize, record, prepare, and deposit checks
  • Send, or help client run, new business reports as requested

Requirements

  • 2+ years financial services or related office experience
  • Knowledge of investment fund administration a plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel a must
  • Professional communication style a must
