Job Overview

Vibrant, world renowned fashion accessory company with global headquarters and a Novato based US sales office seeking fast paced customer service associate.

Great opportunity to join a company that is contemporary, growing, very team based and employee focused.

Primarily managing inbound calls in this hopping call center, you will provide exceptional customer service for retailers and consumers, meeting the goal of 80% of inbound calls are answered in 20 seconds or less.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and fax.
  • Independently resolve customer support issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Document all contacts, actions, and responses within the customer database.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our products and services.
  • Meet service expectations and overall attendance and performance standards.

Requirements

You have:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Call Center and optical experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Internet browsers and databases.
  • Typing speed of 30+ wpm with accurate results and basic math skills and aptitude required.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual language skills a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and diffuse difficult situations in a calm/professional manner.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative with ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
