Job Overview

Small, creative company in Sausalito has an immediate need for a long-term temporary (possibly temp-to-hire) Sales Operations Administrator/Bookkeeper.  If you enjoy working in fast paced, “all hands on deck” environment, are self-motivated and have QuickBooks and administrative experience, this is the job for you!  Job duration:  6 months+

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping (including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, sales commissions, credit card payments, sales tax payments, bank reconciliations, payroll support)
  • Work with sales support department to monitor and track all projects
  • Assist with order placement and freight coordination as needed
  • Receive and review all sales orders
  • Communicate original shipment info to customer and pass on to sales support

 

Requirements

  • Office /Administrative or Sales Support experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks, Adobe, and Mac experience (thunderbird mail experience ideal)
