Job Overview

Immediate need for an experienced and reliable Administrative Receptionist to join a small team in an upscale office in Central Marin. Ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, an innate helpful nature, and ability to remain professional in a busy setting.  Full-time, 40 hours/week. Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.


  • Greet and interact with guests, executives, and employees
  • Answer, screen, and announce calls
  • Copy, scan, process mail, and other administrative duties
  • Schedule and set up meeting rooms
  • Stock and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and common areas
  • Open, setup, and close facility


  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
