Job Overview

Commercial Property Management Company has immediate need for an experienced administrative professional to assist a busy Asset Manager.

The ideal candidate has property management and/or real estate experience (preferably commercial), works well in a fast paced, high pressure environment, is detailed, focused and flexible to last minute changes, with excellent communication (verbal/written) and follow up skills.



  • Provides administrative and project management support to the Asset Manager and Assistant Property Manager on a daily basis.
  • Executes activities pertaining to the daily requirements of a busy manager.
  • Creates documents, crafts professional email communication, and creates & updates spreadsheets.
  • Update tenant contact information and ensure 100% accuracy in all written forms of communication and data entry.
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance process, including requested updates from clients and logging as appropriate.



  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative support experience – preferably in commercial property management.
  • Direct experience providing high level administrative support.
  • Solid Computer skills and expert level experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to coordinate details, and prioritize and successfully handle multiple projects while maintaining effective and efficient communication.
